These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tragitto mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Flatmap, a company based in Brazil ("Flatmap", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Tragitto, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You sign in with your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity that happens under it. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Tragitto helps you create trips, build a shared timeline, invite travel companions, and — with Premium — use the AI Concierge and forward booking confirmations that are automatically added to your timeline. The free tier lets you create trips and manage your timeline manually at no cost.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; upload content that infringes others' rights or is abusive, harmful, or illegal; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or misuse the AI features to generate prohibited content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the trip data and content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service — including sending relevant trip context to our AI provider to deliver Premium features. You are responsible for the content you add and for having the right to share it with trip members you invite.
The AI Concierge generates suggestions (such as restaurants, routes, and day plans) using automated systems. These suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They are provided for convenience only and are not professional travel, legal, financial, or safety advice. Always verify important details (opening hours, prices, bookings, travel documents) independently.
The Service relies on third parties including Anthropic (AI), Google Cloud (infrastructure), Mailgun (email), and the Apple and Google app stores. Your use of those services through Tragitto may also be subject to their terms.
The Service is provided during an ongoing beta and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may add, modify, or remove features, and we may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or by email; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flatmap will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the trip giving rise to the claim. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Brazil, unless your local law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
